30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy:

We stand behind our products and want you to try our products. We trust that you’ll give our products an honest go and allow muscle-memory to kick in before returning them. Signs of product use are to be expected. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Here’s how it works:

Amazon Customers:

Find your order on Amazon.com under “Returns & Orders”

Click “Return or replace items”

Follow Amazon instructions and ship the product, including all screws, adapters, bit holders, and/or accessories that it came with your purchase.

Amazon will credit your account per Amazon’s terms of service.

Nöhlster Website Customers:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item does not need to be in the same condition it was in when you received it. We just ask that you return everything, including screws, adapters, and/or accessories that came with the product.

Return Authorizaton:

Send your order # along with your name, and address, to support@nohlster.com Our support people will take over from there.

We do not allow returns or exchanges for international orders. We will always honor our warranty against manufacturer defects.

Shipping & Packaging:

Pack the product securely, including all screws, adapters, and/or accessories. Your return package must include the order number.

Use the shipping label emailed to you and deliver the package to the shipping carrier.

Refund:

Once received, your card will be refunded for the price of the product and sales tax paid for the returned product(s).

Retail Store Purchases:

Return policies may vary among retailers, and not all sellers may offer the same return terms as outlined here. Check with the retailer you purchased from regarding their return policy. We will always honor our limited warranty against manufacturers defects.

Nöhlster Limited 1 year Warranty:

Nohlster LLC., (“Nöhlster”) warrants to the original end-user of its products that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase*. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Nöhlster will, at its option:
(a) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or
(b) replace the product with a new or refurbished product that has been returned to its original function.

The warranty provided is for repair or replacement of the product only.

This warranty does not cover any damage to any Product that results from improper installation, abuse, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or modification.

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage.
  • Shipping, Customs, or Duties to send warranty product.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product is not included in this warranty.

Nöhlster is not liable for damage to gear, clothing or anything in your surrounding environment as a result of using them.

Nöhlster is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products.

Limitations on damages:
Nöhlster LLC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty or contract or tort claim on this product.

Register your product for Nöhlster’s Limited Lifetime Warranty and get:

    1. All the terms of the 1 year Limited Warranty extended to a Lifetime term.
